Pay HOA Dues

Q: Where do I pay my current HOA Annual Dues of $250.00 (or $250 + added $25 late payment fee, if it wasn't paid by June 16) online?

A: If you are a Liberty on the Lake (LOTL) HOA member and you are registered on this LOTL HOA website, there are two ways to pay your HOA Annual Dues online:

From here, you can click on the following link: https://www.libertyonthelakehoa.com/payments/and follow the steps to pay your outstanding Annual Dues; or
From the Home page, in the upper right-hand corner, if you see a white bell with a number next to it, that means you still have an Annual Dues online payment option available to you. (It does not mean you have not paid your dues by U.S. mail or another means, but it shows that you have not paid your Annual Dues on this website.) Click on the number next to the bell and follow the pop-ups and prompts to get to the same Annual Dues Payment page.

Q: If I have already paid my Annual / Special Dues directly to the HOA via U.S. mail, why is there still an online payment option shown here?

A: Please note that the number(s) next to the white bell only indicate that you have one or more online HOA payment options available to you on this website. It does NOT necessarily mean that the payments shown are PAST DUE, because you can also pay your Annual Dues (and/or Special Assessments) directly to the HOA via U.S. mail. If you pay your dues directly to the HOA via U.S. mail, our HOA cannot "turn off" or hide your reminder that an online payment options is available (for all members). If you have already paid your Annual Dues or Special Assessment by mail, please ignore that reminder and the available online payment option (that will still show on this website).
