Since 2018, the Liberty on the Lake HOA has contracted with the United State Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services, to help control our Canada Goose population in the subdivision. This is the federal government agency trained and licensed to protect and manage Canada Geese which are protected by federal and state laws and regulations. Liberty on the Lake HOA has a yearly contract with them to ensure geese management is done properly by professionals. This also allows Wildlife Services to document the Canada Geese migration patterns to further protect the species.

There is also a document about feeding waterfowl and the four annual reports that were provided by Wildlife Services documenting their field work during the past five seasons (2018 - 2022).
